30-60-90
Your role and contract shape what comes next. Program managers complete additional PM training, and cleared positions add training and documentation to meet security requirements.

Connect with your manager early. Together you set expectations for your first week, 30, 60, and 90 days, and beyond, so you always know what success looks like.
Referrals
As an employee of Kentro, we encourage referrals for all open positions posted to our careers site. There is an option to submit without a position focus, but having a role to focus on is ideal. Most roles are eligible for a referral bonus after 90 days of successful employment. Your POC will answer any questions about the program. You will have access to the Employee Toolkit with reference materials for any processes we offer. Easy access, and quick responses.
